Led by Mountain Guide Sam Anthamatten, the team works together to find their way onto the spine wall.-The North Face 2 Responses HansGLudwig November 8, 2016 This was a pretty cool series. Those aerials from the first installment were super aesthetic. I definitely enjoyed it. Was it established why they needed to take sleds out there? Like, I understand it’s ‘beyond the heli boundaries’ but was Drake unavailable? I just figure when you’re in Jones’ skintrack why reinvent the wheel. Or is the cost/risk of a handful of plane shuttles greater than than renting sleds? Or did they just need a different plot? And I love Ralph. Smooth rider with alotta balls. His voice, his narrations. Like I get it. He sounds so down to earth. But that ‘stache tho. . . Reply Cbalke November 21, 2016 @HansGludwig it sounds like Corrugated is just over the border in BC and you can’t land a plane there. I was told you can land a bit away and then you have about a one day approach. There were some splitters who wanted to do it two years ago but they couldn’t land due to the weather. They ended up opting for a plan B.
