McGuiness about to make the “O” face. (Stevens Pass bc)
Wishing he had his snorkel.
Snorkel please!
Just as I was putting my camera away tweety dove beak first, belly sliding into flight with wings
wide open in a jesus christ pose.
Draipped in a white robe, a snowghost bows its head in prayer. (Stevens Pass bc)
Honey can we get up there?? Nope there’s no snow on this side. (Snowshoers, Stevens Pass bc)
The quest for untracked often times comes with some sort of price.
(Eli skinning, North Cascades)
Sometimes booting proved more efficient than skinning.
(McGuiness and Corey taking over the duty, Stevens Pass bc)
The solitare brings a peace of mind while the scenery fills in the rest.
(Eli skinning, North Cascades)
The sun trying to pentrate the trees. (Stevens Pass bc)
Where is everybody?? At work. (Skin track next to Skyline Lake, Stevens Pass bc)
Are we there yet?? Not even close. (Corey on the ridge with Jim Hill in the background, Stevens Pass bc)
For everyone that knows that feeling of being the first skin track in.
(McGuiness skinning, Stevens Pass bc)
Eventually all this skinning and pre-dawn departures did pay off. (Eli, Crystal bc)
When avi conditions were sketch into the trees we went. (Eli, Stevens Pass bc)
Does it go?? Dunno but if Eli yells then it does. If he doesn’t then it didn’t and he went.
Some days the snow was stupid deep.
(Nomad a frequent flyer, Stevens Pass bc)
And you couldn’t go wrong.
(Nomad, Stevens Pass bc)
Then it snowed some more and temps dropped to 4 degrees.
(McGuiness, Stevens Pass bc)
Every turn looked like this.
This is why I snowboard.January 16, 2007 at 8:37 pm #593553 philfortParticipantHey snoslut, where’s this one at?
