Finally cold again, but no natural snow currently at elevation. Was warm last week, but all resorts are now gunning it for late opening dates.

Strong system moved through 3rd week of Oct w/ significant accumulation, upwards of 1.5 foot and dry at top of Stowe gondola. Plenty of goods to be had, creamy for 2-3 days. Only a few of splitters, yet handfuls of teleskins and bootpackers.

    We’re ready… anytime Mama.

    Mont-Sainte-Anne got 25cm (10in) from Friday’s system…

    Tremblant had 4in max…

    But now things look interesting!

Good to see you guys finally getting some snow, maybe. Was checking out snow (or lack there of) reposts a couple weeks ago for back east and was feeling for ya. Wish we could send some your way.

…still, the key word here is december.

most new england bc never gets good till after new years anyway, even with some surprise early snows. way too pokey in the trees, too much to hang up on and spoil your season. go ride in-bounds for a few more weeks.

it’ll start dumping after the holiday flatlanders leave on jan 1.

I like your point of view… but unfortunately, i’m on vacation from Dec 23rd to January 7th… Would love to get out in the woods… do a couple of snowshoeing days… I would love to see a very snowy Xmas vacation!
