at this year the europan customer service is direkt to voile amerika . first time i think – so far a way will it works. the year tell me that all works great and fast support to germany – it is no different at the last years …..
dave g. is a nice man how understand my pur english 😉
I bought a 171 mojo a while back through mammothgear (who btw has equally great customer service!) and the board was shipped directly from Voile. The board was damaged in transit, talk about being bummed. Voile contacted me roughly an hour after I had placed a call in with mammothgear.com. Long story short – a new board was in my hands before the weekend giving me the chance to head up and check out the new ride. Me = very happy Voile and mammothgear customer.
Ordered a set of Voile Cant’s a little while ago. Had some issues with instructions, as well as the supplied hardware being too short. In the end, wound up breaking a universal plate trying to put the thing together.
Emailed Voile and gave the suggestions for the product. The very next day (A Saturday?!? What are you doing in the office?!?) Dave G writes back saying how they appreciated the feedback and were shipping me some longer screws and replacement plates – gratis.
Voile customer service kicks ass. These guys are doing it right – they’re willing to listen to riders, take feedback, and try their best to fix things when stuff goes wrong. I can’t imagine anyone being better! 😆
I cracked both heal catches on my slider plates. Discovered the issue on a thursday. Called Voile on a friday, had new plates at my doorstep on the following tuesday…no charge.
Just a bump to say Voile is the best CS I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had some issues with their touring poles and they’ve stood behind them over a year after the sale. Thanks Guys!
Ok, if Voile is so great with customer service, explain to me why my emails have gone unanswered. I split an old Forum crooked, the cut is about centered on the nose but ends up about 1/2″ off center at the tail. After reading this thread I sent them an email. Is it too much to expect a new Voile in my hands by now?

eh.. sent them an email on Monday about the climbing heel I destroyed Sunday, hoping for a little love…or just a fuck off. Got nothing so far. No worries from me, maybe they’re busy with shows, etc. Finally sourced a g3, dual height locally (called 8 shops  ), was trying to avoid spending $, but I want to get out this weekend. Maybe they’ll get back to me and I’ll have a spare.
Dudes from sparks responded within 12 hrs of my email though..juss sayin.
I know it may seem inconvenient with the interwebs and all, but I’d recommended giving them a call for anything urgent. They don’t have an elaborate phone system with a million options, usually just a real live person to answer, or basic voice mail. Cheers!

They haven’t outsourced that stuff to India or Malaysia yet? How novel to have to talk with someone who actually has a clue.
Ordered from Voile on Monday and it just went out. I won’t if they are using a type writer there to process orders. Now my hardware may not make it for Friday, and ruin my touring plans for Saturday and Sunday.
I’m on my 2nd voile board, and I love them. Second time around I got the light rails. So far so good! The two? times I’ve called them about issues, someone answered the phone and was super helpful. New parts sent my way that day or the next day. My third board will most likely be a voile 🙂
