Utah County?

I’m fairly new to splitboarding, but not new to backcountry snowboarding. I started riding various spots in Little Cottonwood Canyon in the 80s/90s, and I’ve been up to Aspen Grove a few times, but I just moved back to Utah after a long absence. A couple of my old partners still go up occasionally in SLC, but I’d like to get out a little more often and get to know Utah County a little better (I live in Orem now). I’m fairly conservative in my decision making in the mountains, I’d be fine making low-angle tree runs if the snow pack is sketchy, I just need someone to go with.
