Weird, just read that last night. In defense of us mortals, Killian is completely inhuman.
When I get out in the mountains I also take no food or water, and trip lightly down the path, chasing butterflies and touching flowers with my fingertips. However, I’m also panting like a sick baby 2 miles in and begging strangers to put me out of my misery.

how can you get your vo2 max measured? and how can i increase it? splitboard more? He is animal, ultramarthon runners are ridiculous.

Kilian is something else
He’s from my region, the Catalan Pyrenees, and we have known about him for many years already. I have ran into him a couple of times in the mountains.
Above all, he’s a mountain lover… the way he talks about his relationship with nature makes you want to leave everything behind and leave in the wilderness.

Guess who won the Hardrock 100 this year?
That’s right folks. Climbed higher than Everest is tall (and back down) in 100 miles at an average altitude of 11,000 ft. . . in less than 24 hrs. He’s a beast.
