I just picked up the Totally Board Box Set (TB#1-#10) on DVD.

Good shit to say the least.

Johan’s part in TB5 is INSANE. 15 years ago and it still blows my mind today.

Agree! Killer set of movies. And TB5 seems to be my fav of the bunch.
(Although the pow-time in “North of Heaven” is SIIICK!)

    God bless Mike Hatchett. :headbang:

I frickin’ LOVE the Totally Board series! TB1 stands apart in style from all the rest and has a super rad section about early snowboard mountaineering.

Then comes TB2 with it’s badass grunge soundtrack and lots, and lots, and lots of crazy hucking.

From there the trend continues and in my opinion hits a kind of high point with TB6. I can still watch that flick and think it’s badass. Lots of guys in it are still flailing a lot doing tricks but you can really see the progression beginning to take off.

I got the Odin and was having trouble getting to terms with it,i had to sit down and watch this section multiple times and especially that last line where he drops 3000ft in a matter of seconds, thats how the Odin is suppose to be ridden

Prime time years are TB 5-8. TB 5 is all-time favorite. I wish they still made movies like this…

i was 13 in 1998 when tb7 came out and i was a hardcore snowboard rat. i memorized every piece of the industry a person could absorb.

if you look closley at the “you always wake me up at 5 am” scene its actually 4:45 am and hatchett told dave that it was 5.

I hear ya. Had the series on a constant (VHS!) loop…

Sorry to keep posting on this thread 😳 but the Hatchett brothers and friends are 100% responsible for me moving out West seeking my destiny in the mountains.
I owe them a shot and a beer when I see them.
