Anyone ever been to the AK event? I would like to check something like this out,although beer tents and 200+ people is not my idea of backcountry! Have wanted to go the last couple of years but getting up to AK just hasn’t been in the cards. Eagle Pass Heli-skiing is also partnering up with the event which is pretty awesome cause Scott Newsome is one of only two ACMG splitboard guides and Eagle Pass and its terrain were just featured in the Art of Flight.So stoked! Can’t wait! Curious as to where they plan to set up. March is a good month to do it around here.
