I weigh 138 and stand 5’6.5 I need to know what you fellow splitters think what size i should get. Im torn between the spitdec 153 or 159. I like takeing my time and shooting through trees. but want something stable for when i open it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated john October 8, 2006 at 3:42 pm #591142 bfr 2 Posts The splitdec has a longer effective edge than say the Prior BC in a similar length…so perhaps the 153 makes sense. But considering you’ve ridden MUCH bigger and you like occasional speed…probably the 159 is a better choice for stability at speed. Go 159.
