Sure – safe terrain can be had – but sometimes its just funner to turn 2′ of pure facets into your friend instead of worrying all the way to the top & riding tentative lines. Snowkiting huge meadows & hills in those same facets is as much fun as a 40% chute in perfect powder.Big fields of perfect facets Sometimes the wind dies a long ways from the start point but a Monkified split saves a long miserable posthole session back to the bileNice alpenglow sunset to finish off a great day sorry no pics of actual kiting but hard to do soloThese aren’t my pics or me in any of them.
