it is like a winter wonderland in the north east these days. terrain that was marginally slide-worthy is definitely ridable

Okay….so if you have been reading any of the N.VT condition posts above you would have noticed that the NE is getting it’s fair share of snow everywhere, and February just started!
There is snow in every nook and cranny around here. The only limit is your imagination. We are triple the amount that we had last season at this time.
I guess that new snow dance that I worked on all summer really paid off.
    Happy sliding!!

We have had a couple days of warm weather here is the NE recently making some of that stuff that makes us smile disappear. But the snow pack is deep and winter is not done yet!
And it is almost high time for……TUCK’S!

I hope that you all didn’t mind me creating a post topic to report NE conditions. Hope it has been helpful.

    Slide away!

A little update for the bottom area of the NE:
The brief thaw that happened on Friday of last week set everything up. It is either boilerplate hard or very firmed up powder…and all variations in between. Southern New England got a slight dusting of snow last night, not really enough to get good turns in. What needs to happen now (mom nature) is a nice big whiteout dump that will sit right on top of that sweet, sweet base.

    Preparing the snow cannons now!!
