    I broke one of my binding straps (totally my fault as I stepped on it and sheared it off) on my last day of riding last Spring and didn’t get around to looking for a set of replacemets until last week.
    Of course the local shop does no have them in stock and promises to call me back when they hear back from the rep. It’s been a week with no phone call…
    So yesterday I emailed Ride CS directly to inquire how much it would cost to get replacement straps. This afternoon I get a reply that there will be no charge and they will be here next week.
    These bindings have been put through the wringer for two seasons and I certainly did not expect some free parts from Ride.

    Above and beyond.
