    the site shows both 158 and 162 in stock. never used them before, but they look to be the same company as skis.com

    That looks like last years model, if I’m not mistaken.

    Nope, that is the 2013 model.
    I got the 2012 and it is more of a brown color.

    I like mine, but I got the whole kit with skins etc.
    K2 has special skins for it that attaches in the holes at the front and back which is pretty nice.

    it’s the 2013. I just got one, it arrived today….but there are no chinese hooks on it! going to call K2 in the morning and see what’s up with that

    well, it seems they are supposed to have the alignment hooks (according to K2) so will now explore the warranty options. Haven’t heard back from snowboards.com about whether the rest of their stock is missing hooks too. Also the two halves don’t sit flush (there’s gaps at the nose and tail and in the middle too). I know gaps happen but in three spots? looks like the one half wasn’t cut straight

    that sounds crap. hopefully K2 fixes that up… AND the website claims to have a 100% guarantee. Keep bugging them. There’s no mention of any missing pieces or blemishes on the site, and that board most definitely is supposed to come with hooks.

    K2 seems alright so far. They’re mystified as to how a board got out without alignment hooks. I’m glad I didn’t rip open the shrinkwrap!

    update: K2 took care of me and I now have a proper panoramic. It looks sweet, but there is no way to tell the difference between the 2012 and 2013. I have emailed them to see if there’s some difference
