Looking at one for my wife. November 10, 2017 at 10:58 am #812520 Orjan 1 PostsHi. I used mine on 14-15 trips last winter. It is well made with zero gap between the two halfes. Got to love the prowder tip and tail clips. The board (158) is 2950 grams on my weight with clips. Took some time to get used to the rocker/Camber lib tech style. I think I leanded to much back in powder. Now i stand more forward also in powder and I really like it. Skinning is good. Just as good as my camber board. November 20, 2017 at 9:10 am #812990 NeverSummer 37 PostsI bought one last year and was not impressed at all. It felt clunky, was not quick edge to edge, rode way bigger than specs indicated. The biggest downside was the durability-after one day of touring there was significant chipping on the top sheet. It is very light but I would not recommend this board. November 20, 2017 at 10:07 am #812993 Matt Rielo 7 PostsI now own two of these. A 158 for the hard pack days and a 162 for the deep powder days. Best boards I have ever owned. I had the bamboo version before and loved the shape. Sold it last year so I could get another one of the ATK’s. First off the board is crazy light. It was last years featherweight that they put a topsheet on. I have 150+ days and the top sheet is solid no chips. I like to ride these at the resorts as well. I called Prowder earlier this year and they said they are working on a snowboard version of their profile. Stoked for that!!! The edge to edge transition is smooth both in powder and hard pack. When your on the steep terrain you don’t have to jump turn. The length is a bit longer when I compare it to other boards. They said it was because they measure tip to tip not the base of the board like other companies. I found its not longer in the nose but the side edges. I found this gave me better control while turning and gripped much better than my other boards on icy terrain. I have a huge quiver of boards but I have found myself using my Prowder quiver more often because of it performance on hard pack snow and in the deep powder. I saw a few people that didn’t got some limited addition gear. Kevin gave me a sweet hat and ATK tee-shirt when I hit him up. He said there were like 3000 preorders for the atk, and some people might have been missed. Hit him up I am sure he will hook you up! But yeah, I would give this board a 9/10. Haven’t found the perfect board yet but this is the next best thing. November 20, 2017 at 10:43 am #812995 NeverSummer 37 PostsIf anybody wants photos of the top sheet after one day of use hit me up. Don’t believe trolls like Matt Rielo. I never said I sold the board because of the graphics-that’s fake news. The guy asked for reviews and I gave my honest opinion. November 20, 2017 at 11:30 am #813000 Eric 1 PostsI jumped on the sale when they launched, I got a 162 for me and a 152 for my wife. I didn’t receive any clips when I ordered the board. I called them to see why they didn’t include them. They said they wanted to give the customer the ability to choose what type of clips they wanted. I ordered the Hoss Hooks from Prowder and ordered Karakorum clips for the center clips. That configuration works great.Got some good core shots on it last year and everything has held up great. I am very happy with the board and how it rides. I wish they would make some bigger boards, maybe a 164-5. November 20, 2017 at 11:30 am #813001 NeverSummer 37 PostsThis was after ONE day of touring. November 20, 2017 at 1:00 pm #813006 NeverSummer 37 PostsThat’s pretty funny that @mattrielo edited his post and removed the part where he called me out and blatantly lied. Look at his post history, he’s obviously a troll for prowder and has some affiliation with them. I’m just giving it to you straight. I’m a gear junkie, I buy lots of gear every year and this board I couldn’t get rid of fast enough. I rode it, I didn’t like it, and I sold it. I believe there were quality issues and this board would not hold up over time. November 20, 2017 at 4:09 pm #813011 permnation 303 PostsThat’s a pretty rough penalty for crossing your tips when touring.
