I am super stoked as these bibs have everything I was looking for. After only 3 days with them (one of which was braaapin) I fell and slid on my ass on a low tide rock, and put a big rip right across my buttcheek. Luckily my cornhole was saved, but the less than a month old pair of bibs were torn pretty good. I called up Trew and they told me to send them in. Less than two weeks later, I had a brand new replacement pair. They did not have to fix or replace the bibs, but they did anyways. What a great company.I also want to give them props for all the cool gear they donated to the Silverton Splitfest. Although they are too big, they look like a high quality product and i am very appreciative. I am hoping to find a dealer that will let me trade them for a smaller pair. Thanks again Trew!T April 17, 2012 at 6:21 pm #655279 maniacdave 564 PostsWow, that is some standup customer service, something they definitely didn’t have to do. I’ve got the Trewth Bibs as well, nothing short of awesome on these pants. Chesty pockets kickass, full side zips rocks, bomber (nearly) indestructible construction. Same goes for my 1st gen Cosmic & my go to jacket, the soft-shell Anorak. That was Pontus April 17, 2012 at 7:43 pm #655281 a2thak 44 Posts @maniacdave wrote:Wow, that is some standup customer service, something they definitely didn’t have to do. Agreed, especially since their warranty specifically states it does not cover rips or tears. April 17, 2012 at 9:55 pm #655282 JimmyC 351 PostsThis is kind of a silly question but I was hoping to chat with someone who had a pair of the Trew bibs. Do they run big or small. I have a 35-36″ waist and was trying to figure out what size to get. Any advice would be appreciated.
