We’re hoping to pull it off in the middle of March or possibly in April. If not, we are dedicated to try again next year. Thanks for all the support and interest, I apologize I couldn’t make it happen in time. :thatrocks: February 19, 2014 at 8:56 pm #674263 Killclimbz 1165 PostsThese things are a lot easier to do when simple things happen. On a daily basis people are commenting how much more snow we have than other places in the Sierra. Our lower mountain isn’t open but the entire upper mountain and readily accessible backcountry bowls are in great shape. The locals have been skiing town runs all day long using the free village shuttle to get back to the resort to do it all over again, and again, and again.Plus are weather forecast hints that things will change for the better right before the event and switch conditions back to winter. If you haven’t experienced Bear Valley, or it’s been awhile, consider coming over for a good ‘ol time. Viewing 8 posts - 21 through 28 (of 28 total) ← 1 2You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
