I love that pic of Brokeoff.

Sorry about not posting a trip report. The snow was very firm and ended up just using crampons for the climb. The base for the park is in place and after these next storms everything will be prime!

I hear it’s always raining at Lassen.

DId Lassen not get as much snow as Shasta in that “Monster Storm?” What ever happened with that? Did they get a record snowfall?

It did rain with the storms that rolled through in the first week of December. Since then it has turned to snow and its been great! Shasta seemed to have gotten the snow out of some of these storms but Lassen is doing just fine. Once you’re inside the park boundary the snow base is in place and obviously will only get better!
