    Man, that’s a heartwrenching story about that girl. It’s too bad her parents went that route, I’m glad the courts showed some sanity and didn’t rule against Nidecker. Try explaining the danger of tree wells to all the jibbers in MN where I’m from, they wouldn’t know what the hell you’re talking about, and would be really bummed to have to ride some releasable bindings that they don’t need. I’m sure all of my buddies with their DIN cranked up to 14 wouldn’t have been to get their skis off either. Keep track of your friends when riding in the woods! Maybe we need treewell distress beacons, or some good walkie talkies.
