    that Spark R&D has one solid service. The toe strap on my Blaze binding broke the past weekend. I called Spark R&D on Monday and talked to someone (pretty sure it was Will) about getting replacement. And the spare parts were in my PO box waiting by Thursday. Thanks Will for the quick return, I don’t think I can get the parts any faster. You know my next pair of bindings will be Spark again.
    (However, I do think that the bindings can use stronger straps. the plastic part broke in less than a season. But otherwise I’m quite happy with the Blaze bindings)

    couldn’t agree more, this trip doesn’t happen without some bomber customer service from Spark, specifically Jeff. :thatrocks:

    Not only do they make a solid product, but they have solid customer service.
