Built this set-up when I got my Element a few years ago – it’s been awesome but requires both back seats to be removed and thus will not work for us now that we have a three month old : )…it is easy to remove (i.e., it only lives in the Element when I know we will be sleeping in it), and requires the front seats for the “feet part” of the bed – bought a ~$100 boat mattress from Cabella’s that fits perfectly (we are holding on to this). Gear, boxes, etc., fit under platform, and there is space for gear behind front seats when in travel mode.

would love to see it go to a good home – must pick in Truckee.
