Drawing it out Cut out the final shape then drew the mirror image onto another piece of paper. Then cut! Chopped the sharp ends off (taking the board from 169 to 165 ish) I split the board with the circular saw. The halves match-up great but are not symmetrical thanks to my sloppy set up on the guide. I also printed some templates out for yinyangs and the whale tail, Drilled out the front yinyangs before noticing they were a few mm off ……fuck. I’ve made peace with the extra holes though, they just need a few drops of g-flex. Over all the tightest diy for me thus far thanks in large part to phantoms.
