I’ve met a couple of lurkers who are now posters! Yeah, more stoke.

My daughter, then age 14, on a splitboard near Loveland Pass, Colorado – December, 2004

North Face of Point Juliana – Northern Selkirk Mountains, BC Canada

After descending the above face, April, 1997, on a DIY Town and Country split

Climbing Mt. Ruth in the Northern Selkirks of BC after it gets too steep to skin, April 2005

This big board lets you do things like…

    …straightline

I like this pic because of the guy on his butt on the left, wearing skis. Snowboards are so much better in any snow that is a little bit difficult. Props to the guy in the center – he was 76 when I took this photo in April of 2006 above Berthoud Pass

Another example of snowboard’s superiority, again above Berthoud Pass, April, 2006

North Face Mt. Durrand, Northern Selkirks, BC – April, 1997

On my property, near Evergreen, CO 12/21/06, after the first big Front Range blizzard that season

Northern Selkirks, BC – April, 2005

Yeah, I know this picture is sick and wrong. I was too lazy to remount the bindings correctly. I apologize if I offended anyone, but normally the sidecuts are facing inward…

Sorry TEX, I haven’t got many pics for as many days I’ve been out. But here’s a couple…

SplitChimp (who kills it BTW, the dude’s got ~40 days on the split this season)

The San Francisco Peaks, west face. L to R, Lew Cyn, Philomena Cyn, Allison Clay bowl, Temptations bowl.

Not much action, but it’s been a really good season, and not over yet!

Nice kick in the ass/invite, TEX.

semi-lurker, learned/learning a ton from all the great folks on SB.com, looking to connect with some PDX area/region riders for northside Hood, St. Helens, Adams, etc.

February 17, 2008 Above Clark/Newton Creek Basin, Mt. Hood
An afterthought panorama attempt for non-skiing friends/family. Plus, I like looking at all the potential lines from up towards Wy’east Face. 4,000+ more vert to the summit.
