    In these days of sub-$700 factory spits, I really like how because the handful of oldie (pre-Jones) splitboard companies (Venture, Prior, Voile, etc) can’t compete with lower prices, they are competing and advertising their quality through factory tours; i.e. craftsmanship.
    It’s like, “Yea those you can buy one of those other boards for $200 less, but here’s Bob. Bob’s been shaping boards since we started 15 years ago. He really gets his by making a product which will make you stoked. Oh yea. and he signs each board he presses. Shred on!”
