I’d personally like to thank splitboard.com member Rughty for his suggestion last year of switching to bronze for our bushings. You can check out his handiwork here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=10362&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=rughty.
Thanks Ken!

Hey Dafu,
Our first runs had countersinks that were a little too deep, so you can either use the shims as you are or we’ll hook you up with some M6 x 10mm screws (the standard ones are M6 x 12).Thanks!

Hey granjero,
Are you on a factory split or a diy split? If you’re on a factory you have some adjustment on heel and toe centering with the pucks. Our bindings are designed to have the one slot puck on the heel edge of the board, this gives minimum toe overhang for touring. Also, flipping the disk on the one slot puck will change the centering…[Read more]Will replied to the topic Blaze package kit in the forum Bindings 12 years, 6 months ago

Hey splitters,
There is a small amount of interference on the new Voile touring brackets that I didn’t catch before production started. I was trying to keep that surface really close to the back of the brackets to make it easy to line up the pins, however the touring brackets changed shape a bit with Voile’s new version. If you notice a bit of…[Read more]Will replied to the topic anything new for the fall? in the forum Spark R&D 12 years, 9 months ago
That is insanely light! And also not correct. We’ve dropped Mtn Gear a note about the misprint. We’ll have a big release in the near future on the Blaze, in the meantime the actual weight is 3.75 lb (1730g) per pair, 1/2 lb (230 g) savings over the Fuse!
We’ll be in touch soon guys, thanks for the stoke!

Doh! The conspiracy between Jones Snowboards, Spark R&D, Pamela Anderson and the Snuggie corporation has been uncovered!
Seriously though, the board got ripped off by some sketchball at SIA. The publicity generated by it’s theft doesn’t balance with Jeremy and Co having to wave their hands and say “imagine this board was a splitboard” for half…[Read more]

Hey guys,
Yup, the gap is on purpose to allow the binders to go on and off without scratching the board. It also allows the board to flex normally. When you lean toward the tip or tail of the board the bindings touch down on the topsheet for additional support. Will replied to the topic Spark Fuse's – Observations, setup and modifications in the forum Spark R&D 13 years, 4 months ago
Treepilot,
Try some pam or tri flow on the bottom of your binders and see it that helps with the sticking.Cheers,

Hi guys,
I think the problem is that the leashes are too tight and are grinding on the split ring in the pin. There should be a little slack in the system so the leash isn’t under lots of tension. To adjust the length of the leashes remove the toe buckles and pull the leash out of the sleeve. You can push the knots closer to each other to…[Read more]Will replied to the topic Help Spark R&D win the ISPO brand new contest! in the forum Splitboard Talk Forum 13 years, 6 months ago

Hey guys,
Nearls sent me a set and I tried them out yesterday. They fit in my larger BC pack no problem (BD anarchist with avalung). Slid right on my board and super grippy on my boots. I’m super stoked on the versatility of this system, and it makes tons of sense to be used with the splitty. Great job Nearls, keep up the good work!- Load More
