Thanks for getting this feature rolling. utasidian replied to the topic Hard Boot Stance Angles in the forum Bindings 7 years, 6 months agoAfter moving to hard boots for splitboarding I have been riding exactly the same stance as I ride inbounds on my solid deck and as I was riding on the split. After a heck of a lot of years on a snowboard I know exactly how I like my stance to feel. I wouldn’t ride hardboots if it meant I had to readjust my stance. 23.5″ wide, 15+ front, and -5…[Read more] utasidian replied to the topic Another Glue Question in the forum Splitboard Talk Forum 7 years, 6 months agoHmm, I’m interested to hear how this turns out for you. After all the horror stories I’ve heard about redoing skin glue you make this sound like a reasonably straightforward process.I might take this on next week. utasidian replied to the topic Update your avatar for a chance to win a G3 Bonesaw in the forum Splitboard Talk Forum 7 years, 7 months agoI’m in! utasidian changed their profile picture 7 years, 7 months ago utasidian replied to the topic Countdown to the splitboard.com forum conversion. in the forum Splitboard Talk Forum 7 years, 7 months agoHa! It is stupid steep near the top, as you know, but it does punch through without taking the skins off. That is really the only efficient way to the top of the fingers. As far as safe goes, well, you know how to look out for yourself. From there the ridge is convoluted and following it north to the womb…[Read more] utasidian replied to the topic macpherson in the forum Splitboard Talk Forum 8 years, 6 months agoYeah, the womb, and there are some other lines in there that can be accessed from the tree ramp above the burnt knob. To get to the mountain in general head south of the TCH on 23 south, park at the nordic area and walk up Mountain Climb. Beyond that there are plenty of places to play.
