I swear I thought I saw that guy almost get “tubed” in the front rider/cameraman’s spray on that following shot. Take into account I was a skier for years before boarding, so I still use my “skier” mind on my board especially on terrain created by skiers (ie: bumps). There may be more correct lingo for this but the way I approach bumps and steeps (and powder, for that matter) is with an “aggressive”, weight-forward position. I may not be hip to the latest info but I think “NoPo” (North Portland) is where the young and restless are currently paving the way for the next wave of gentrification.
