a friend of mine just received his rome anthem. MONK’S work is super tight!! highly recommend this man splitting your board.

$225 sounds like a good price. ive been looking into the level 1 avi course either in
New Hampshire or the daks and the prices are all $300. im sure there will be plenty of times where i’ll be thankful i spent the $ instead of making a poor decision. that being said i still wish it were less expensive, but oh well.

We then went through CT straight to New York to ride Blue Mountain Reservation in Peekskill, NY. Great riding there also. Really technical but most of it it flowy and you really understand why it’s among the favorite destination for new yorkers!

nice pics affix- out of curiosity what slide is that? and was it a long approach? i see some crampons, did you use ice axes as well on the approach? as im staring out my window right now im thinking of heading north and hitting up one of the slides sometime in the near future. looks like you had a fun day. thanks for some ice coast stoke.

i spent two days at silverton the end of last feb. if you’re only riding silverton, no split is needed. all bootpack. however, there is more than a lifetime of terrain right there so if you have extra time definately bring the splitty and explore. the mountain itself is big and steep. figure four to six run per day depending on where the guides…[Read more]

if your moving to a resort town look into some of the hotel jobs. a lot of them allow you to work nights. as far as job qualifications, your poli. sci. degree will work just fine. it did for me. good luck

i worked at the resort at squaw creek when i lived in tahoe. they had full and part time positions available for he season in all different departments. if your gonna be close to squaw, it might be a good place to look for work.
