Look at his post history, he’s obviously a troll for prowder and has some affiliation with them. I’m just giving it to you straight. I’m a gear junkie, I buy lots of gear every year and this board I couldn’t get rid of fast enou…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 4 years, 8 months agoThis was after ONE day of touring. NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 4 years, 8 months agoHow do you add a photo to a post? NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 4 years, 8 months agoIf anybody wants photos of the top sheet after one day of use hit me up. Don’t believe trolls like Matt Rielo. I never said I sold the board because of the graphics-that’s fake news. The guy asked for reviews and I gave my honest opinion. NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 4 years, 8 months agoI bought one last year and was not impressed at all. It felt clunky, was not quick edge to edge, rode way bigger than specs indicated. The biggest downside was the durability-after one day of touring there was significant chipping on the top sheet. It is very light but I would not recommend this board. NeverSummer started the topic Salomon Split in the forum Splitboards 5 years, 6 months agoI’m wondering if anybody has first hand experience riding a Solomon Split? I’m looking at picking one up from last year. From what I’ve read, they are a bit soft, but is this true? Anybody riding one now? What are your thoughts on how it handles different conditions? NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 5 years, 6 months agoI would love nothing more than to see Prowder succeed as a company. What you call your founding principles is why we all purchased a board from you. But we as consumers have certain expectations. Are you trying to build and run a successful business or build boards as a hobby on the side? It’s frustrating that it is almost the middle of…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic Prowder Splitboards in the forum Splitboards 5 years, 7 months agoI ordered one of these too and was told I would receive limited edition gear with the board since it took so long to ship. Why would you tell all of your customers this and not follow up on the promise? I guess this is what should be expected when purchasing from a boutique shop like this. I’ve also placed an order for a set of the cowboy clips…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic 25 vs. 26 cm waist in the forum Splitboards 7 years, 11 months agoWell damn. Now I’m really eyeing a 164 Never Summer Summit Split. I guess this is why I want to split…to get freshies. So why not have a pow specific board? Do you guys think the set back stance is ok? I mean, 1.625 in. set back seems like a lot?? I like the waist size at 25.4, right in the middle. I guess my concern now is having too…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic Prior Splitboard For Sale-Sold in the forum Splitboard Swap 7 years, 11 months agoSold NeverSummer replied to the topic 25 vs. 26 cm waist in the forum Splitboards 7 years, 11 months agoGreat advise, thanks for all the response. I think i’ll probably go with the 26. I’ve begun to look at the NS summit…looks so sweet, but i’m concerned with the amount of taper. first world problems…. NeverSummer replied to the topic 25 vs. 26 cm waist in the forum Splitboards 7 years, 11 months agothanks for the replies.I would prefer quick edge to edge, but being out here in CO, I hope to be hitting some deep pow, so this is why i’m torn between the two NeverSummer replied to the topic Prior Splitboard For Sale-Sold in the forum Splitboard Swap 7 years, 11 months agoYessir, board only NeverSummer replied to the topic FS: Prior Spearhead splitboard 165-SOLD in the forum Splitboard Swap 8 years, 4 months agoSorry, I have not been on the site in quite a while. I never heard back from WPCP or Jordan Schwartz. He said he was going to refund me, but that never happened. Be careful if you let someone else split your board. Ask a lot of questions, check their work, and make sure they know what they are doing. Have you tried asking him to own up to his work other than a refund? You could flag his craigslist ads? Like him on facebook and ask how he wants to remedy the situation. If he has a FB page, clearly he wants a fan base, but I am not sure why he doesn’t want to refund you or at least…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic Do not let Winter Park Custom Splits Split Your Board! in the forum DIY and Mods 10 years, 8 months agohere are a few more. I’m just blown away. I guess I’m the idiot for trusting some dude on craigslist who said he could do it. A company name, a facebook page, and a craigslist ad doesn’t make it a real company. I really have no recourse except for posting on here and on craigslist to warn others not to give this moron any business. NeverSummer replied to the topic Do not let Winter Park Custom Splits Split Your Board! in the forum DIY and Mods 10 years, 8 months agoI’ve got a few more that i’ll post, if you look at the hooks, the other side is tight, and there is a pretty large gap between the hooks and the board moves all over the place. It’s just sloppy work, you can see that he tried to p-tex some of the t-nuts, but not others, metal is showing on some of them. There are bumpy…[Read more] NeverSummer replied to the topic Do not let Winter Park Custom Splits Split Your Board! in the forum DIY and Mods 10 years, 8 months agoYep, that is mine in the middle.
