June 1st and getting it….. Actually this counts as my first backcountry trip. Skinned up with a backcountry experienced buddy of mine from my local CrossFit gym. We did as the CAIC recommended for this time of year, “Ride early, exit early”. At age 47 (now 49) I lost 40 lbs doing CrossFit and a modified Paleo diet. My BMi and cholesterol as well as my BP were trending bad until CrossFit. The Further showings in Denver were a hit. Huge crowds at both showings.I went to the 9pm viewing and it was packed.
