I have been having glue issues lately, my skins are from Voile and are 4 years old. I use a dakine Guide pack. Have to say its not ideal. Its bigger then I need most days, but I find ways to fill it and take way more then necessary. Also it has too many pockets and straps etc. Its just cumbersome and unnecessary. We thought this happened to my roommates board last week. Usps said it had been delivered but it never showed up. It turned out that the company she ordered it from sent it to an old address that they had saved on her profile from years ago.
They made it right though. Could something like this have happened?
