A good basic edge is 0.5 degree base edge and and 1 degree side edge. I can’t really see any reason you’d need anything different for splitting

i would take a look at the venture zelix. dont by shy because its on the freestyle end of their spectrum, it will be plenty stiff enough if youre used to the custom x, and doesnt have the taper that the storm has. odin has more taper than the storm, so if you are concerned about the storms taper id steer clear of the odin. i have an odin split…[Read more]

To clarify as well, I put them in from the front and just leave them there while touring and slide them back when needed

Had to do some shaving and shaping for them to work in the blazes, but since then it’s been great. A very useful tool and well worth my $40 to greatly increase the functionality of my boards.

I’d avoid golden if you don’t want to get the shit kicked out of you for being foreign. It’s not really a seasonal town.
