Season 2

Curtis Woodman has been gracing the snowboard world with quality footage for nearly a decade. With ender parts in the Neoproto and Think Thank filmographies, Curtis has cemented his place as one of snowboarding saltiest, surfiest, most barreled-est dawgs. Without further ado, we at Arbor Snowboards are proud to release Curtis’ full part from Season 2 of his upcoming web series, “Surf The Earth”.

Season 1

Curtis Woodman is an individual to the fullest extent. It’s difficult to define Curtis as both his snowboarding and personality fall outside of any societal preconceptions or stereotypes. He picks his own line down the mountain and hides in the white room most of the winter. We’ve been lucky enough to get a glimpse into the mind of Curtis through his Surf The Earth video series over the past few months. And now, without further ado, Curtis presents the culmination of all his hard work from last season in his Surf The Earth – Full Part.

About Arbor

Since ‘95, The Arbor Collective has been a growing cooperative of designers, artists and friends, whose shared goal is building rideable and wearable things from the best stuff possible. From day one, it’s been good times, all day, every day, almost without fail. Along the way, we’ve managed to combine a little forward thinking design and old school craftsmanship, with a serious commitment to the environment.

SNOWBOARDS

We launched the brand in ‘95 with snowboards. We were determined to build with a more out front use of beneficial materials such as wood, bamboo, and other sustainable stuff. The goal was to match the riding experience, improve performance, and highlight art that reinforced the Arbor story. The mission will always be to produce the highest quality, handmade snowboards possible, and hopefully inspire a few people to be part of leading the effort to protect the planet.

RETURNING ROOTS

For us, the desire to protect the planet comes from time spent out in the environment – on the hill, in the surf, on the road. This compels us to design responsibly whenever and wherever possible. Since day one, it has been the inspiration behind the brand – give back, plant trees. The Latin name for tree is Arbor.
To that end, a portion of every sale is donated to groups that plant trees. Today our principal partner is Hawaiian Legacy Forests. We are committed to supporting their efforts to restore forest ecosystems in Hawaii. Hawaii just happens to be where it all started.
