Hey Guys
BCRider or anyone else I want to do a trip report and I was trying to figure out how to insert pictures -couldnt- so I used search and all the revelant links seem like they are dead, can someone give me a simple way to do this- I would like them to come up when you open the tr not a link. thanx in advance!

You can use a hosting site like Photobucket. Download your pics there. Your albums will come up in thumbnails with tags. Just copy paste those tags into your report and your pic will appear.

First you have to download your pictures to an image hosting web site. I use photobucket.com. It's free and you just sign up and start downloading your pictures from your computer to the site. Underneath the pictures you upload there is a URL address. Take your mouse and highlight the URL address, right click it and select copy.

Then when you want to add the picture to your trip report you click the img button upper right of the screen it should insert [img].%20%20Next%20paste%20your%20URL%20address%20that%20you%20copied%20from%20photobucket%20or%20other%20hosting%20site.%20%20Then%20click%20the%20img%20button%20again%20it%20should%20insert[/img].

So it will look like:


You can click preview to make sure the photo is in the report before you submit it. Look forward to seeing your trip report.

Thanks guys I just put my first TR up. It was simple the way you explained w/ photobucket- Mucho Gracias. Now I just need to create some quality TR's
