I am looking for a soft-boot for strictly powder splitboarding, such as the Burton Serow. Does anyone have a suggestions for a powder boot or has tried the Burton Serow.

I brought my 2nd pair of the 08 model this year. They stay really stiff up untill the end. Soles wear out quite fast if walking on rock. Laces also break but never slip. Really waterproof never had wet feet. I like them alot.

Didnt know if they still made the Serow (the last few years were Japan only), But I'm really liking the 11/12 Burton Imperials... ~Smaller footprint than my old Driver X ~Slightly improved Vibram pattern (not even close to being a mountaineering outsole, but....) ~Has a flex point cut in the shell on the instep, so its flexier than the Driver X ~Way light and extremely comfortable
As far as the original Serow, I think Neil Provo used to ride them, don't know if he posts here anymore though...
