I picked up a grivel condor grip and would like to fit it to an BD expedition pole. According to my calipers, it looks like I'll have about a millimeter gap. Anyone have any ideas on filling the gap securely? Thanks!

More importantly, where did you get the condor grip? I've been wanting to do more or less the same thing but can't get the grip.
As for your problem 2 ideas 1. fill with epoxy. It will fill the gap and stick the grip to the pole 2. surround pole with silicone and friction fit the grip

I got lucky and found the grip brand new at a local consignment shop. I actually got it set up on an older BD Traverse upper cut to a similar length as my expedition upper. The expedition lowers fit the traverse and epoxy is holding the the grip to the shaft.
I hope you find one, it feels like a solid piece of gear for what it is.
