While I can understand that they're busy with their company, the thing that really frustrated me was the brush off, non-reply to my emails.

Should I have voiced that concern publicly? Probably not…but people don't always think clearly when they are frustrated.

Anything you can do Ken to get me in touch with someone there would be greatly appreciated.

This Magne Traction edge looks interesting. Can anybody describe what the serrations look like?

Yeah, I've looked on their website but they have no actual picture of the board edge that I can find.

The "serrations" are like that of a knife but if it was enlarged quite a bit. It's not a bunch of tiny serrations down the edge. There are several slightly larger bumps down the sides of the board. It's wavy down the sidewalls, you can see it quite easily. His idea is totally experimental, in that you can play with numerous amounts of different radii down the edge and certain combinations may work better at some things than others. I've yet to try a magna-traction board but Mike Olson is a pretty innovative guy and he's paved the way for a ton of new snowboard ideas. I bet they are pretty bad ass.
