The pins do look a little tricky. But I like the system. Are you using t nuts through the base or does it use the factory inserts? Bindings look good too.

Looks cool, thanks for showing it! but the mistake of the climbing bar on the base of the binding has already been done by Burton snowboards, maybe you could have a lever for the climbing bar extend out the side of the binding so it can be flipped up and down easily in practice. I guess the deck of the board has to real free of ice to rotate the bindings in, maybe a thin teflon pad would help in melt/freeze tours

heel riser has worked fine so far, has never flipped or anything, i bent it a little bit, but next version will have a little stronger material. cool thing about the heel riser is that it is really easy to handle it with the pole. turning works pretty much as good/bad as with icy pucks. turning cleans the stuff just as well as sliding. had a real good test today, cause i was assembling 3 splits full of snow and ice, voile self built with adapter plates, spark, and the new proto. result all 3 worked fine, you just have to do it.....
I am really interested in this system....But have some questions... Will it work with my spark R&D pin system? I really love the effieciency when in tour mode. Somebody said something about crampons? When will it be available?
Burton Freebird, Spark R&D Blazes, Burton Rulers

hey, well this system will not work with the standard holes of splits, also does not work with the LT pin system. complete new approach. yep crampons also exist.
working on the next version already, if everything works out there might be a killer setup available soon......
