Still a nice shorty, party on. :disco:

Hmmm....Been trying to decide if I should make a side trek to VT this season in 3 weeks. Seems like it isn't worth it for the cost unless you get some snow quick...

If your ever in Australia between June and Nov come for a tour.
Plently of rental gear so bring your surfboard instead of your splitboard.

Cheers

I just got done splitting a Flow Micron Mini 110 for my daughter. As soon as I figure out a hosting site without using FB, I'll post pics.

Did you make the slider plate smaller?
I've made some custom bindings too for a 105.
For my 5 year old, scary thing is the 3 year old rides better!

I am picking up some prowder saddles for it. As soon as I figure out how small I can adjust the prowder saddles to, I will cut down the sliders to fit and drill new touring holes. Even a full size slider will fit on the board, but the voile pin keepers stick over more than I like. I temporarily bent the keeper wires so they are perpendicular to the board so they don't hang over. I am tempted to build a DIY pair of bindings for her similar to the Triad protos I made, but with a shorter interface to accommodate the smallest prowder length. That should keep her set up for a couple years of use until she grows into the standard voile plate size. That is unless some cool new cheap interface surfaces.

The small ones I've built need to have 30mm cut off the voile plate. too much overhang in ride mode and the pivot point when touring is all wrong
Then just move the heal raiser 30mm forward, done!
There is another way if you have drilled the holes already, see below.

105cm

The custom bindings I made only have an ankle strap no toe strap. There are holes for a toe to ankle ride style strap for when they get older. Will post photos later.

More kids riding POW!

I make a kids DIY kit, includes all you need and can be done with only 4 t nuts! (custom slider plates, pucks, touring hardware, board clips and nose clips).
let me know if you want one.
