HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY TEX!!! Looks like yet another great Canadian Splitfest. Nice work Treepilot. I've said it before and I'll say it again... Man I love Canada! But as Karkis has said before... The Sierras are "the mecca" of snowboarding, so go there. (Just not this year thus far). :{
So please keep those splitfests coming Treepilot so I can make it one day.
Nice pic's and vid's everyone. Good times, good times!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEX!!!! You sure know how to do it right. Glad you were able to experience the magic of the A hut...
Thanks to Treepilot for organizing a great fest - I'm sure it took a ton of work to make it all come together but it sure seemed to run smoothly. Like you, I only took a handful of pictures because I was mostly too busy choking on powder to take pictures worth posting.
Thanks to Karkis for the rad presentation in karkis style - though I must say that most of your NSF descents are the ones that I've always been most excited about (Purity, Bagheera, Dawson ). Thanks to G. Hill too for giving the run-down on his 2 mil - would be awesome to see him racking up the vert on a splitty! Oh and nice presentation Kyle - stoked to see what you get up to next!
A special thanks to Greg for giving me the lift from back home, for letting me crash in his van and for being willing to cruise around with me all 3 days. Thanks to Rick for bringing the CO stoke all 3 days and everyone else out touring. Oh and thanks to Jamie for letting me crash in his room!
Greg, Rick and I had a great time first up on Cheops, then teddy bear trees, then over to the asulkan (Tree triangle), then below the A glacier and lower down, then on the final day several laps on avalanche. Not a single run to complain about! I'll be back!

Thanks again, Wade, for organizing such an awesome event and to everyone who participated!
Low vis and figuring out how to use my GoPro for the first time means I don't really have many action shots, but here's what I have, including my first edited helmet cam vid (our final run on Bonney Moraines):
*edit to switch to a slightly better quality version of the same vid on Youtube instead of Vimeo
Day 1: Bonney Moraines w/ Mac and Tyler C
Mac in Loop Brook: Tyler: Tyler & Mac nearing the Moraines:
Not sure if this group was part of Splitfest, but they did have one splitboarder with them:
Day 2: Hermit Meadows w/ John (jcocci), Ray (Tex), Mike (Swanny), Kyle Miller I did my best as Canadian Ambassador for the day

Riding shots are lame.... I know there were some GoPros & other cameras shooting footage in our crew, perhaps a video or two will surface.... hint, hint, nudge, nudge....
Yes I got some video too. Just working on editing it. That was the first time I used the GoPro. It took me a couple days to sort out a way to get it into Adobe Premier Pro.
Although I may not put it here. There are some pretty awesome edits up already!
