Not sure about the boa interface and other things about it. It does look like it would have a lot of flex for snowboarding needs though.

I was checking these out at Bent Gate the other day. They are tiny! I didnt spend much time with them but they definitely look minimalist, as in, wont stand much abuse ie: hiking through rocky terrain, and probably not very good at insulating. That said they may be worth a further look. (not for $800 bones though)
