I have read differing things about the customer service of Unity. I am looking into buying one of their solid boards, but since reading a few negative comments about their customer service, I am reconsidering. Was wondering if anybody out there who has dealt with Unity's Customer service before has any input for me?
The quicker, the better, as I believe the factory only has one of my size Dominion left.

i've heard mixed things too - i was emailing with pete (the owner) for about a year trying to get a custom dominion split with a smaller waist - in the end it didn't work out, despite him saying he could do it for a long time. that kinda bummed me out, but he was cool about it. in the end, i got a venture storm...
that being said, my dominion solid from a few years ago is the best board i have ever ridden...i hope to get a new one with the early rise at some point. unity boards are solid!

I have always had great cs experiences with unity. Delammed a dominion a while back and the owner went out of his way to make me a new one built to my specs. I've heard nothing but good things about their new splits too.

Sounds good thanks a lot for the input. Ordered my 170 Wide Dominion as well as Ride El Hefe Bindings today (Merry Christmas to me). Can't wait to try them out, and the snow is supposed to start falling here at Baker again soon.
