I realize this is the VT forum, but was just wondering if you can split up Gore Mountain in NY since it's in the Adirondack mountain range. Does anyone know?

I'm going to hazard a wild guess based upon growing up skiing/riding there and say no. Things very well may have changed in the past 20 years, but the last time I was there my brother and I lost my pass for ducking ropes a bit too often to poaching the gondy line and glades that no one seems to ride there. YMMV though...

not sure about their uphill policy at gore, but might be an easy phone call to ascertain info
