I've been talking to Friends of the Rossland Range spokesperson Les Carter and he mentioned the need for volunteers to help with hut maintenance. I'd like to put together a snowboard crew to adopt the Lost Hut. The hut is in a pretty good spot and offers some great snowboarding in the area. It would take maybe one day to get the hut up to standard for the winter, and then just a visit or two a month to check up on it and clean it up and restock firewood. It would be more about going riding and poking our heads into the cabin than any real major work.

Probably Wednesday or Thursday just to go check out the hut and see what we need to do (plus do some riding off Mt. Crowe)

Sure. 800am? I know the house, I've seen you there.
