Post subject: test: speed up the forum by junking search indexing

With less than 10,000 posts total, I don't see any harm in preparing to move to fulltext indexes, so let's see if this hack fixes the immediate problem...

i did however get timed out on my last post...but when I reloaded the post was there and I was the last poster in the Forum index (something that wasnt always happening like it should before).

Probably has to do with the host change. DNS servers and stuff. It should be unrelated to the forum bugs and fix itself when the servers catch up to the change. Or something like that...

yeah it was a somewhat minor fuckup on my part. I'll go ahead and edit the page template that holds all those links, so that it points to the right place.
