For all you Dynafit hipsters, looking to kill even more weight, why not get rid of all them springs and levers and shit and simplfy! Couple layers of carbon fibre, some hardware and bam ultralight (un)tech toe piece for the up track.

I was thinking somewhere along the lines, if someone had the workspace and time to fab up some split specific prototypes that would match the standard 3-hole pattern used on factory boards, no need to use the adapter plates or drill directly into the board.

in all seriousness, I would love to see a simple option like this from a splitboard binding mfg. getting rid of the bulky dynafit toe would be awesome. and since we are only touring we don't need all of the spring/locking lever hocus pocus going on with the dynadiddles. a system like this that auto locks(like PLUM bindings) would be amazing, just saying.
