Hey All,
I'm trying to pull together an email list of people who want to be kept in the loop for weekend hikes / trips. I'm based in San Francisco but head up to Tahoe basically every weekend during the winter, and want to have an easy way to check in with a crew of like-minded folks.
If you'd like to join a mailing list of people who split in the Sierras, and want to be kept in the loop on groups doing trips or people looking for partners, PM me your email.
Potential for interested folks to grab a beer next week in San Francisco too.

I'm in put me in the mix! Currently living in Santa Barbara and always looking for folks to ride with. It's always a battle of schedules and timing... I usually ride solo. I'm gonna start my season this weekend and go until summer. Tahoe, mammoth, east side, west side, Shasta, lassen... Whatevers I'm down.

Ditto that! Im in Reno so a lil bit closer! Ill pm you my info. I headed up a bit last weekend but it looks way better from down low than it does up close. Itching to go, as I opted out of a season pass this year.

Awesome.
Have collected a few emails and will send out the list to those on it at the end of this week/early next week.
Anyone in San Francisco / Bay Area that wants to grab a beer next Tuesday to plan/scheme for the upcoming season, PM me, and I'll give you some details.

i spent the last two years humping my board up the mountain on snow shoes!!! I just ordered my Venture Zephyr and have started counting down the days until it gets here! I usually work on the weekends but would love to join your list. This year i am going to poach friends cabins, crash in the back of the Subaru as well as some weekend long back country days.
