Just curious to see if anyone has made a DIY splity and then cut their own swallowtail into it to sweeten the powder just a bit? I was thinking about trying it with my old burton king 162cm. Please let me know thoughts and Ideas.

Yeah I'm going this route with a smaller 163 board this season. Its currently at Down The Middle getting split.
My 195 is incredible, but it makes for a long day on the skin track.

Go for it! It's quite a difference in the powder. On hardpack it won't be that much different if you don't mess with the effective edge.
