First of all thank you everyone on the site for your reports and helpfulness, my board would not have come out this well without this site. - one thing i did that turned out pretty well that i thought i would pass along is riveting the tip and tail clips on. It turned out very flush and i don't think they will be coming off any time soon... Enjoy the pics.

loose flex? I think what you are trying to get at is did the board become more like a noodle. well yes the board did become a little more flexible when everything was said and done but not as much as I would have thought. I am very impressed with the rigidity that the voile kit provides i was expecting a lot of extra flex and wiggle but it was not the case. It is important to have your board held together tightly and exactly where you want it when using the stencils and making your holes for all the hardware. I used some Union binding base plates which are fully adjustable and held my board in place with those when mounting the chinese hooks to insure a perfect fit.

Good work, I don't think you'll have any problems, but in the future, if you are only going to use two through the board inserts per four hole puck, the inserts should be the ones in the middle of the board. More pressure is put on the inside of each puck as the touring bracket levers that half of the split up on edge. I have ridden pucks with 4 ski screws for many years without issue if I drilled the holes narrow, threaded the holes and epoxied in the screws. have a great season!
