Mt Baker Splitfest 2012

Announcing the 2012 Mt Baker Splitfest from March 23rd through the 25th. The last 2 years have been awesome and we’ve raised over $2800 for the NorthWest Avalanche Center. Chair 9 is going to host the Meet and Greet and the Raffle/party again. Like last year lodging is on your own but there are discounts to be announced later. This is a free event with no guided tours but lots of people to tour with and some of the best terrain in the world!
Prior, Jones, Sparks and Karakorum will be there with demos. Hopefully Chimera will make a return and maybe Unity can make it this year. As more sponsors sign on I’ll be updating this thread.

For future reference the Baker Splitfest will be held on the 4th weekend of March. Also, Terry went out and got a real job so I’m taking over the organization of this year’s Baker Splitfest.

Questions, ideas or suggestions thoughts let me know.

suggestion.... bring jumper cables, gas can with gas, ear plugs, extra glass, alka seltzer flu, and one bag of frozen peas for Jerret(sp?)...

Awesome cannot wait! I hope I can at least be healthy this year and make both days... Demo'd a lib split from the Karakorum guys last year, was one of the best events I went to all season!!

Anyone up for a sled shred mission either day? We almost packed the sleds but decided not too at the last minute, would love to get a small group together...

Stoked for Baker fest again this year, looks like March is going to be a busy month in between Tailgate Revi and Baker Splitfest!

you should try to make it first weekend of march to the island for the backcountry fest at Cain too ;]

Saw Bob and Terry this weekend and they told me some of the developments for this year. Not sure I can leak the info but this year is going to be even better than the last few if you can imagine! :rock:
