Dose any one run more than +5deg on their back leg in soft boots?
Im close to having a proto binding finished. Its in the computer just needs putting into real life. AThe board interface is all set no problems, superstoked how it felt, touring mode is still being designed input here would be appreciated. Ive read thru most of the binding posts trying to find inspiration. Finding a quality source for straps looks difficult. I dnt know if i want to produce them thou seems like a enormous task.
Are you coming up with a new interface? I guess I need to hunt down some of your other posts. I don't ride with a positive back foot, and I suspect most people in softies don't. Still I am no authority on this either.

Neither I, nor any of my softbootin buddies, run the back foot more than +5. Still, pretty much guaranteed that someone will bust your balls if it's not an option.
Stoked to see another split specific binder getting designed. It's nice to see competition in the space as it should continue to drive innovation. I'm pretty happy with my sparks but they aren't perfect.
I'm at about 0 to +5 on the back foot, but I don't mess with my stance much. A lot of people on here are just crazy (IMO) with their adjustments. Always moving them 1/4" here and there and comparing +/- 2 degrees on this or that. I don't think its much of an issue, but... I bet you will hear it anyway.
Good luck with the prototype! Show us some photos when you can.

I'd be surprised if anyone ran past -25. That sounds like a serious knee tweaker. I run ducky +- 15. I know a few people that run -18 on the back. Haven't heard of people doing -24 or -25 (I believe the standard is 3 unit increments though I am sure you can set it different). I'm sure someone will come out and say they run -40 though...
Im deep into binding posts 2006. Notable mentions was John Dahl running +38F +30B angles. Testing first proto this weekend, beta version maybe available this northern winter. Reading spark gen 1 and 2 threads has been inspiring! back to work, real work that is, then more binding development at night.
I think i got 9 -27 range sorted. And their will be few options available for touring mode.
